Return & Exchange Terms
As a specialized children's clothing brand producing small, limited batches, we maintain strict hygiene standards and protect unit quality. We do not entertain open cash returns or buyer remorse refunds. However, we gladly offer a 3-day size exchange if the ordered size does not fit your child.
Exchange Requirements:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of package delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached in original packaging.
- A clear, unedited unboxing video recorded from the initial opening of the sealed outer courier cover is mandatory for claims related to defects or missing pieces.
- Size replacement will be dispatched once the original parcel is verified.
