Product & Sizing
What materials do you use?
We use 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton for most of our t-shirts and nightwear. Our fabrics are chosen for breathability, softness, and durability so they can withstand active play.
Are your clothes true to size?
Yes! Our clothes are designed to fit comfortably with a little room to grow. If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How should I wash the clothes?
Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry to preserve the softness and prevent shrinking.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship the same business day via our trusted courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, etc.). All other orders ship the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹999 across India.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Simply visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number. We will schedule a reverse pickup from your doorstep.
